She is also the creator of ButACake, one of the state’s most recognizable infused edible brands known for authentic, from-scratch baked goods and clean-label recipes.
As Chair of the NJCBA Manufacturing Committee, Matha leads statewide reform efforts to modernize New Jersey’s cannabis regulations, reduce barriers for small and social equity operators, and align NJ’s edible and beverage rules with national best practices. Her work is rooted in equity, industry access, consumer safety, and operational excellence.
